Recently, multiple national government departments jointly issued the *Opinions on Further Strengthening Safety Management in Senior Care Institutions* (the "New Policy"), charting a clear course for safety-related work in the senior care sector over the next three years.

The policy explicitly outlines a core objective—a "three-year, three-step roadmap"—to advance the quality of safety within senior care institutions in a phased manner: by the end of 2026, all existing safety hazards are to be completely eliminated; by the end of 2027, the intrinsic safety levels of these institutions are to be significantly enhanced; and by the end of 2028, long-term mechanisms for safety management are to be fully established and refined. The orderly progression of these three stages signals that the safety upgrade of senior care institutions will accelerate across the board over the coming three years, and the demand for emergency rescue equipment and supporting services is expected to see a sustained surge.
Article 7 of the New Policy explicitly mandates the requirement to "improve the capacity to respond to sudden incidents." This places higher standards on the emergency material reserves and facility equipment within senior care institutions. In response, we have introduced a suite of emergency support products tailored for senior care facilities. These offerings encompass emergency command and dispatch systems, non-emergency medical transport vehicles, emergency stretchers, and various medical instruments. Our aim is to assist senior care institutions in implementing safety management requirements more efficiently and conveniently, thereby genuinely enhancing their capabilities for emergency response and handling.
Currently, the aging of the population continues to accelerate, making the need for safety assurance in senior care institutions increasingly urgent. The promulgation of this New Policy marks the official entry of senior care safety management into a new phase characterized by "refined management" and "equipment-based preparedness." Moving forward, our company will remain closely aligned with policy requirements and steadfastly uphold product compliance standards. By specializing deeply in the field of emergency rescue and first aid, we aim to leverage our professional expertise to help senior care institutions fortify their safety defenses and enhance their emergency response capabilities—thereby safeguarding the safety and health of the elderly and working together to foster the high-quality development of senior care services.
