    To further strengthen safety awareness among all employees, enhance emergency response capabilities, and standardize internal management processes, Sanling Group organized a specialized training session on March 5th. This session covered "Fire Safety Knowledge" and an "Interpretation of Financial Systems and Regulations," serving to safeguard the company's operational safety and ensure its steady, robust functioning.


     

    Fire Safety Module: Preventing Fires Before They Start—A Constant Vigilance

    The training centered on the philosophy of "prevention first, combining prevention with firefighting." It focused on analyzing potential fire hazards in critical areas—such as office spaces and electrical equipment zones—and alerted employees to potential safety blind spots within their immediate surroundings. Regarding the suppression of incipient fires, the instructor provided a detailed explanation of the correct procedures for using fire extinguishers, outlined the underlying principles of fire suppression, and emphasized the mnemonic "Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep" (PASS). Furthermore, the training clearly defined emergency evacuation routes and imparted essential escape techniques—including self-rescue and mutual-aid methods—for navigating environments filled with dense smoke during a fire, thereby ensuring that everyone can evacuate swiftly and in an orderly manner during an emergency.


     

    Financial Compliance Module: Strictly Adhering to Red Lines—Compliance for Long-Term Success

    During the financial training segment, the Finance Department focused on interpreting the company's core financial systems and regulations. The primary objective was to reinforce compliance awareness and uphold ethical integrity standards among all employees. The session guided personnel in relevant roles to perform their duties in strict accordance with regulations and to proactively mitigate operational risks, thereby further solidifying the foundation for the company's standardized operations and fostering its steady, sustainable growth.


     

    This dual-themed training—covering both "Fire Safety" and "Financial Compliance"—combined theoretical depth with practical relevance to daily work scenarios. Through interactive learning, employees were able to internalize safety awareness and compliance principles, translating these concepts from thought into action. Moving forward, Sanling Group will continue its efforts to integrate safety awareness and compliance principles into every aspect of daily operations, conducting regular specialized training sessions to ensure the Group’s steady progress and long-term success.
